Human Resource Development (HRD) provides students an understanding of how to support their organizationís human resource development activities by gaining knowledge and skills in all administrative functions. Students will learn how to plan, direct and coordinate human resource development programs to enhance the knowledge, skills and performance of individuals and organizations. Specializations for this concentration must be discussed and planned with an academic advisor to insure individual goals and general degree requirements are met.
