FSHN 416 AL1 - Food Chemistry Laboratory
Chemical and physical properties of water, proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, and other food components/additives are discovered in the context of their interactions and functional roles in foods. Course Information: 3 undergraduate hours. 3 graduate hours. Prerequisite: CHEM 232 and credit or concurrent enrollment in FSHN 414.
Priority registration is given to Juniors and Seniors in Food Science until beginning of Sophomore registration, then open to Sophomores in Food Science.
