Special Instructions:

Stress Management: This course is designed to help students begin identify and recognize common stressors in their own personal environments and formulate a personalized strategic plan to relieve and manage stress. This course will provide an opportunity for students to create an individualized plan to increase holistic wellness. Registration for this course will close at 9 AM on the first day of instruction. No overrides will be given after that time. It takes 24 hours after registering for your name to show up on Compass but this will not happen until 1 week prior to the first day of instruction.
