LEGAL ASPECTS IN RST. A study of legal principles and their impact on the recreation, sport and tourism industry; the course examines the application of different areas of law including torts, contracts, constitutional law, and intellectual property. This course will provide an introduction to legal principles and legal systems as well as an overview of legal issues and risk management in RST settings. The purpose of this course is to prepare students to manage legal issues they may face as future professionals.
