Course is designed to increase awareness and knowledge of the needs of members of ethnic and racial minorities, people of lower socio-economic status, women, older adults, people of alternative lifestyles, and people with disabilities when it comes to recreation, sport, and tourism services. It introduces students to concepts and factors that influence the delivery of recreation, sport, and tourism services to diverse populations. Course Information: Same as HDFS 263 and KIN 230.
