FSHN 442 A - HM Mgmt & Leadership Skills
Application of behavioral science and management techniques, methods and strategies to the hospitality industry. Applied management techniques will focus on those managerial behaviors needed to develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with subordinates, peers, supervisors and individuals external to the hospitality organization. Course Information: 3 undergraduate hours. 3 graduate hours. Prerequisite: FSHN 340 or consent of instructor.
Priority registration is given to Seniors in Hospitality Mgmt, Dietetics, and Human Nutrition. All FSHN Seniors can register Nov 13 starting at 10am.
