Analysis of agricultural and food policies and programs and their effects on producers and consumers of agricultural products. Formulation of agricultural and food policies are examined with an emphasis on historical and current economic problems affecting agriculture and rural America. Course Information: 3 undergraduate hours. 3 or 4 graduate hours. Prerequisite: ECON 302 or consent of instructor.
