ACE 431 G - Agri-food Strategic Management

Process of strategic decision-making in food and agribusiness firms; methods for analysis of business and regulatory environment; organizational issues in strategy choice for firms and supply chains. Course Information: Same as BADM 438. 3 undergraduate hours. 3 graduate hours. Prerequisite: ACE 231, BADM 320, or ACE 222; or consent of instructor.
