Explores theories of culture and communication and applies them to advertising issues in the context of globalization. Through case studies and an applied research paper, students will develop strategies for advertising and communicating messages to local and global audiences. Course Information: 3 undergraduate hours. 3 graduate hours. Prerequisite: ADV 150 or equivalent.
