Special Instructions:
Advanced Cases in Real Estate Investment will explore progressively more complex real estate investments and concepts using case studies including ownership and financing structures, distribution waterfalls and asset management challenges. Students will review, analyze, consider, recommend, and deliver their findings. 2 undergraduate hours. 3 graduate hours. Prerequisite: FIN 241, FIN 445, or consent of the instructor.
