Theory and applications associated with the functioning of financial markets to include the conceptual foundations of portfolio theory, risk management, and asset valuation. The stock, money, bond, mortgage, and futures and options markets are examined. Course Information: Prerequisite: FIN 221.
Special Instructions:
Registration restricted to Finance majors. On Thursday, December 10th seats will be opened to all College of Business majors and Actuarial Science. Enrollments are kept even and seats will be slowly added to all sections of FIN 300 simultaneously.
