Group instruction on a special topic under the direction of one or more members of the faculty. Course Information: Approved for both letter and S/U grading. May be repeated in a semester to a maximum of 8 hours. May be repeated to a maximum of 24 total hours, if topics vary.
Special Instructions:
Input-Output (IO) is used by regional and city planners, the federal government, international agencies, and private companies, among others. The course covers the theory of IO and provides hands-on experience with real-world data and economic models run with MS Excel, R and REAL-IO.
