Introduction to aspects of the tools and methods of studies in speech and natural language processing (NLP), with a focus on Python programming for NLP and speech applications, and tools for displaying and manipulating speech data. This is an entry-level programming course for students with limited programming experience. Students who have already taken courses such as CS 105, CS 125, CS 225 and equivalent or above, will not receive credits by taking this course. For additional questions, contact the instructors.
