Approved for Letter and S/U grading. May be repeated to a maximum of 16 hours. Prerequisite: Senior or graduate standing in music or music education; consent of instructor.
Special Instructions:
"CHORAL STUDIES" is a four-semester course sequence that will explore the skills necessary for a conductor to become an efficient and inspiring rehearser: CS1 = rehearsal techniques; CS2 = diction and aural skills; CS3 = vocal pedagogy; and CS4 = choral styles and repertoire beyond the canon.
