FSHN 420 A - Nutritional Aspects of Disease

Examines nutritional, biochemical, and physiological aspects of disease processes and studies the role of nutrition in prevention, management, and treatment of disease. Course Information: Same as NUTR 420. 3 undergraduate hours. 3 graduate hours. Prerequisite: FSHN 220 or comparable course with a physiology prerequisite; MCB 450 or equivalent.

Special Instructions:

Registration is restricted to Human Nutrition and Dietetics seniors and FSHN and DNS graduate students only until after senior registration. Registration will be open to Human Nutrition and Dietetics juniors at the beginning of junior registration. Any remaining seats will be open to the general student population at the beginning of sophomore registration.
