The examination of critical trends that impact higher education from various perspectives, including legal, organizational, and political. Course Information: Same as EOL 580. 4 graduate hours. No professional credit. May be repeated in separate terms to a maximum of 8 hours.
Special Instructions:
This course will provide graduate students with comprehensive knowledge and understanding of college environments and institutional practices that are designed to enhance learning and development of college students. Students in this course will be exposed to the existing research related to the effects of college experiences and environments on college students- outcomes and use those empirical studies to inform educational practices and institutional policies.
