Introduces the general area of industrial marketing; examines the nature of industrial markets especially as they compare to consumer markets and emphasizes such factors as the demand for industrial goods, marketing intelligence systems for industrial firms, marketing strategy in industrial markets, and analyses and control of industrial marketing programs; integrates important concepts from sales management and business logistics throughout the course; uses case studies. Course Information: Prerequisite: BADM 320.

This course will open to all students with a junior and senior standing in the Gies College of Business on Monday, December 7, 2020 at approximately 10:00 a.m and to Industrial & Enterprise Systems Engineering, General Engineering and Systems Engineering & Design students on Monday, December 14, 2020 at approximately 10:00 a.m. Students are required to log in and use Compass2g (compass2g.illinois.edu) in order to complete this course.
