Introduction to the basic tools and methodology used in conducting legal research and will develop the skills necessary to identify and locate relevant, complete and current legal information in both print and digital formats. Weekly problem-based research exercises will be assigned. Course Information: 1 graduate hour. 1 or 2 professional hours. Approved for letter and S/U grading. Required in the first year, fall term.
