HDFS 425 AL1 - Family Stress and Change
Applies family theories (e.g. family systems, family stress, multigenerational developmental perspectives) to understand how families change and adapt to stress across time and diverse contexts. Attention is given to assessing intergenerational family dynamics and working with individuals and families to reduce negative patterns. Course Information: 4 undergraduate hours. 4 graduate hours. Prerequisite: HDFS 120 and HDFS 290.
