Special Instructions:
An introduction to quantitative single molecule and single cell studies, including their role in disease, development, and decision-making processes. Decision making in viruses, prokaryotes, and eukaryotes will be discussed. The course will end with signaling in spatial patterning and morphogen gradients.This course offers opportunities for student-led seminar presentations, discussions of the scientific literature, and final group project presentations.
