Relationship of microorganisms to food manufacture and preservation, to food and industrial fermentation and processing, and to food-borne illness. Course Information: Same as MCB 434. 3 undergraduate hours. 3 graduate hours. Credit is not given for FSHN 471 and FSHN 175. Prerequisite: MCB 101 or MCB 301 or equivalent.
