PSC 521 - Urban Prob and Public Policy

What makes some cities prosperous, diverse, and safe, while others remain blighted, segregated, and violent- This course considers the relationship between urban problems and public policy in American Cities. It examines how legal structures, government actors, and private interests exacerbate or alleviate urban inequality.
