EXR 335 - Nutrition for Exercise & Sport
Provides a scientific foundation in the basic principles of sports nutrition. Basic nutrition concepts, energy expenditure during various types of exercise, diet during training, food recommendations, discussion on supplements and ergogenic aids, recommendations for various performance groups.
