Special Instructions:
This course provides students the opportunity to solidify their knowledge in capital structure for leveraged buyouts (LBOs). Students will complete a final project that proposes the optimal capital structure of a hypothetical LBO, including senior debt, subordinated debt, hybrid, and equity terms. After taking this course, a student should be able to identify key aspects of a leveraged buyout and its components. .
