This course will develop you into a more competitive candidate and a more savvy applicant for when you graduate from the University of Illinois and go onto whatever your next step may be. The course will help you explore what you need to do right now to get to where you want to be. Students will develop professionalism through self-assessment/reflection, networking/relationship building, goal-setting, discussion/application of professional development readings, organizational research, interviewing, creating employment documents, online profiles, and presentations. Synchronous: Tues/Thurs 3:00-5:00 PM Note: All sessions will be ONLINE - Lectures will occur Tuesday/Thursday 3:00-5:00 pm online. All lectures are archived; however, students are strongly encouraged to attend.
