Special Instructions:
One of the most effective ways to defend your digital environment is to test it with the same tools/tactics an attacker might use against you. You will examine various types of security tools/applications. You will use different assessment methods, distinguish between passive and active tools, and interpret the results of security tools. This course uses an immersive mock IT infrastructure that allows you to practice skills in realistic security scenarios. Requires Departmental Approval.
