Moral issues as they arise in biomedical research and practice and the use of principles from general ethics to address them. Topics may include euthanasia, paternalism, allocation of medical resources, and healthcare disparities. Class Schedule Information: To be properly registered, students must enroll in one Discussion/Recitation and one Lecture.

Moral issues as they arise in medical contexts, including such topics as abortion, euthanasia, paternalism, allocation of medical resources, and psychiatric issues. Please note that because the course is online, reliable use of a computer and Internet are required.
