Special Instructions:
This course provides students with practical experience in Knowledge Management (KM) in three categories: knowledge services, knowledge content management, and knowledge consulting. Built upon the KM methods widely used by consulting firms, this course helps students develop professional deliverables or portfolios applicable to the academic, corporate, and public sectors. This course helps students become knowledge or information professionals (e.g. researchers, consultants, and librarians) by engaging them with KM projects in academic and corporate settings.
