ACE 240 COV - Personal Financial Planning

Examines principles of financial planning applied to individuals and households, with attention to organizing and analyzing financial information, budgeting, acquiring financial assets, managing credit, planning for taxes, investments, risk management, retirement, and estate planning. Course Information: Prerequisite: Sophomore standing or consent of instructor.
Special Instructions:
This section will include all personal finance elements of a traditional ACE 240 section and address personal finance issues in an era of social distancing, staying at home and spring 2021 financial markets. All sessions will be ONLINE. Lectures will occur online Monday/Wednesday 3:00 pm - 4:20 pm. While attendance at lectures is not required as all lectures are archived, students are strongly encouraged to attend. Students are required to login and use Moodle in order to complete this course.
