Application of principles of chemical equilibrium and chemical kinetics to air and water quality. Thermodynamics, kinetics, acid-base chemistry, complexation, precipitation, dissolution, and oxidation-reduction. Applications. Course Information: 4 undergraduate hours. 4 graduate hours. Prerequisite: CEE 437.
