EDL 577 - Schools In The Legal System

Designed to acquaint students with fundamental legal concepts of general law, school law, and the legal system, this course introduces students to basic legal concepts and terms. Examples will be drawn from educational settings. This is a course that introduces the study and research of law including school law. Therefore, the class will focus on selected legal concepts associated with public education.
