MGT 390 - Topics in Management - Topic: Responsible Management

Each topic covers a different managerial concept and may include an intensive workshop. May be repeated for an indefinite number of hours, but particular topics must differ.

Special Instructions:

Delivered in conjunction with the Warsaw School of Economics. This course presents the concept of responsible management addressing the challenges and shortcomings for traditional models of competition and responses to regulatory change. Topics covered include corporate governance, strategic management, compliance, reporting and internal company organization. Case studies illustrating the adoption of responsible management will be provided.
