Introduction to fundamental principles of design, management, and improvement of business operations and product innovations. Strategies and techniques for managing processes, projects, process improvement and new product development. Course Information: 4 graduate hours. No professional credit. Prerequisite: For students enrolled in the M.Eng in Bioengineering degree program.
