FSHN 464 A - Beverage Science & Technology

Description:
Explores the research, science and technology of the production of safe, high quality beverages through the application of food chemistry, food microbiology, and food processing principles. Course Information: 2 undergraduate hours. 2 graduate hours. Prerequisite: FSHN 414 or FSHN 332 or consent of instructor. FSHN majors only, junior or senior standing required.
Special Instructions:
This is a short-course, meeting for 3 full days (9am - 5pm), May 16 through May 18, plus hours to create a final presentation. Final presentation submissions due by May 26. This is a 2 credit hour course. Undergraduate students who register for this course must have successfully completed FSHN 414.
