Application of soil mechanics to earth pressures and retaining walls, stability of slopes, foundations for structures, excavations; construction considerations; instrumentation. Course Information: 3 or 4 undergraduate hours. 4 graduate hours. Prerequisite: Credit or Concurrent registration in CEE 483.
