Description:
Signal and system spaces; stability, robustness, and the small gain theorem; factorization and parameterization of all stabilizing controllers; performance and achievable closed loop maps; model matching; design of optimal single-input single-output systems in H-infinity, H2, L1 senses; extensions to multi-output systems; structured and unstructured uncertainty; robust performance analysis and synthesis; multi-objective control. Course Information: Prerequisite: ECE 515 and MATH 446.
