NRES 403 XM1 - Watersheds and Water Quality

Description:
Examines water quality in streams, rivers, lakes, and wetlands. The responses of watershed systems to pollution and other human impacts will be described in terms of their biological, geochemical, and physical processes. The technical analyses necessary to establish policies aimed at preserving or restoring these natural resources will be emphasized. Course Information: 3 undergraduate hours. 3 graduate hours. Prerequisite: One of CEE 330, CHEM 232, NRES 351; one of MATH 220, MATH 221, MATH 234.
