Chicago
The Graudate College at UIC has an Office for Recruitment and Minority Affairs. For undergraduates, UIC does not have an office devoted exclusively to minority affairs, but special programs are available for minority students. Minority programs include the Native American Support Program, the African American Academic Network, the Latin American Recruitment and Educational Services (LARES), the President's Award Program, and Upward Bound, among others. Most support service programs report to the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs. For more information on this subject, please contact Student Affairs at (312) 996-7140 or OVCSA@uic.edu.
