Scott D. Johnson is an associate professor in the College of Education at the University of Illinois. He has been involved in technical education and human resource development for over 20 years as a public school teacher, an instructional designer in industry, and as a teacher educator at the university level. Dr. Johnson specializes in instructional design, instructional methods, and instructional technologies. He is currently the director of HRE Online, an online program leading to a masters degree in Human Resource Development.
