Mr. Carey Cranston, currently president of Fox College in Oak Lawn (http://www.foxcollege.edu/), was a member of LEEP cohort 1.0 beginning the program in 1996. As his career progressed, he "stopped out" of the MS program for a while.
But he then decided to come back and completed his MS via LEEP in December 2005. While this is a dramatic example, it reinforces the point that a strict cohort model for completing a degree is likely to result in a failure to retain students who need more flexibility in scheduling to complete program requirements.
